No Refunds and Non-Transferable: Subject to any applicable laws VIP Packages and contents are non-transferable, and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Package Details and Instructions: All VIP Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address submitted at the time of purchase) approximately four (4) days before the concert. If you do not receive communication three (3) days prior, please double check your junk email folder. If you cannot locate any VIP communications by three (3) days prior, please email

Arrival Time: A component of your VIP Package may require you to be at the venue at a designated time. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the VIP Package. The time of the Acoustic Session and Fan Q&A will be communicated closer to the Show dates. There may be further conditions contained in the Acoustic Session and Fan Q&A details and instructions provided prior to the Show dates, which may be varied to reflect any Artist requirements.
Commemorative VIP Laminates: Commemorative VIP Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Commemorative VIP Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas.
VIP Package Components: All VIP Package components are to be picked up at the Venue at the time designated of VIP check-in on the night of the Show. Merchandise items cannot be mailed out and won’t be held at the Venue for later collection.
